Update: I now have the Phoenix Hatchling. I've also recently acquired Toothy the baby crocolisk (the last one I still needed), Grunty the murloc Marine, the Bridle for my Argent Squire (very handy while doing Ogre Suit turn ins).
I've also managed to snag most of the baby Raptor pets, though I still lack the one from Gun'drak and the one from Zul'Gurub.
The collection now caps at 106, since it doesn't count pets that are pulled out of objects in game, only the ones you can tuck into the Companion Pets window.
